Consent items:
Minutes for May 2009, Town Council meeting minutes were approved by general consent with one correction. Pat Fowler's name was corrected to Pat Monson and Pat Monson was sworn in by Atty. John Rapier.

The Treasurer's report was given by Secr. Barbara Stevenson for April and May 2009 and approved by general consent.

Item 1. Pat Fowler gave report on vandalism around the Town Park. There was discussion concerning various light solutions with regard to the vandalism. Various topics included wiring and type of lights. There was also a question about Town liability concerning the Park.
The park benches and tables have been delivered and some need assembling. There is a need for dirt to smooth out the field for use as a game field.
Motion was made to authorize $750 of dirt for the field and $300 for motion lights.

Item 2. Future meeting dates were read.

- Missing sign for 'Children at Play.'
- Request for speed limit sign.
- Request for tree trimming for better view exiting Town Hall parking lot.
