A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Rd., in accordance with the following:

Call to order, Roll call.
Consent items; Minutes of previous meeting(s), Treasurer's report(s).


Item 1. Discuss and take appropriate action on any proposal from the Public Works Commission, including expenditures necessary for road/street repair/maintenance, and park development. Nominate/appoint new committee members as necessary.

Item 2. Announcement and presentation of funds for New Hope Town Park from Joe Jaynes, Collin County, Texas.

Item 3. Presentation and filing of the Mayor's Order calling an election in the Town of New Hope for May 8, 2010, to elect two aldermen and a Mayor.

Item 4. Discuss and take appropriate action concerning a resolution authorizing the Town attorney to prepare and file a TCEQ form 20369 on behalf of the Town requesting a waiver for storm water discharges from a small municipal storm sewer systems (MS4) under TPDES Phase II MS4 General Permit (TXR040000).

Item 5. Announce tentative meeting dates: Roads & Parks is March 23, 2010, P&Z meeting is March 25, 2010, and Town Council Meeting is March 30, 2010.
