A regular monthly meeting of the Town of New Hope Board of Aldermen/Town Council will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Rd., in accordance with the following:

THE TOWN COUNCIL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO AN EXECUTIVE SESSION PURSUANT TO SUBCHAPTER D OF CHAPTER 551 OF THE TEXAS GOVERNMENT CODE.
Item 1. Call to order and Roll call.
Item 2. Public Comments.
A person may address the Council on items not on the printed agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes. The Council may not comment or deliberate regarding such statements or comment during this period. Any discussion of the subject must be limited to a proposal to place the subject on the agenda for a future meeting.
Item 3. Administer Statements of Elected Officers & Oaths of Office to re-elected and elected Alder persons.
Item 4. Discuss and take appropriate action on any proposal from the Road Commissioner, including expenditures necessary for road/street repair/maintenance.
Item 5. Consider and take appropriate action concerning ongoing appointment of Judge Suzanne Marsh.
Item 6. Consider and take appropriate action concerning appointment of Mayor Pro Tem.
Item 7. Consider and take appropriate action on presentation for Boy Scout Eagle Project.
Item 8. Announce the tentative meeting date for Town Council Meeting of June 25, 2013.

NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE NEW HOPE CULTURAL EDUCATIONAL
FACILITIES FINANCE CORPORATION
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the New Hope Cultural Educational Facilities Finance Corporation will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. immediately preceding the regular monthly meeting of the New Hope Town council in the New Hope Town Hall, 121 Rockcrest Road, in accordance with the following:

1. Call to order and determination of a quorum.
2. Consider and act upon approving the Consent Agenda: Minutes from the previous meeting.
3. Appointment of a Secretary and Assistant Secretary for the Corporation.
4. Resolution approving loan agreements dated as of June 1, 2013 and December 1, 2013 between the New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation, Careflite and Clayton Holdings, LLC, and other matters in connection therewith.
5. Resolution authorizing New Hope Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation Student Housing Revenue Bonds (CHF - Stephenville, L.L.C.. - Tarleton State University Project) Series 2013a and Taxable Student Housing Revenue Bonds (CHF- Stephenville, L.L.C. - Tarleton State University Project) Series 2013b; a Trust Indenture; a Loan Agreement, a Bond Purchase Agreement, Public Hearings; and other matters in connection therewith.
